In 1970 I started looking for answers to my health challenges. I was 20 years old and had no intention of living the rest of my life with fatigue and pain. I wanted to improve the quality of my life!
Over the years I explored many avenues and found help using herbs, an arthritic diet, yoga, and making life style changes. In 1997 I found Reiki and immediately realized that it was something very special—a modality that works at a higher level.
I have received training/attunements from 10 different Reiki Masters in the Traditional Usui System and in Lightarian Reiki. The core of my training has been through this lineage:
Usui, Hayashi, Takata, Barbara Ray, Bridget Byrd, David Massey.
I continuously study new developments in Reiki and revise my workshops and manuals. I was delighted to discover Hiroshi Doi's book, "The Modern Reiki Method of Healing," as it nicely complements my workshops.
In 2003, I enrolled in the Massage Therapy Institute of Missouri and the following year became licenced in massage therapy in the State of Missouri.
I provide Reiki Sessions and offer Reiki workshops. I have instructed over 60 students in Reiki since 1998. Teaching Reiki is the most rewarding thing I have ever done!
It is my privilege to help others improve the quality of their life with Reiki. It is my sincere wish that all may find answers to their health challenges and enjoy freedom from pain.
